Mosh’s focus is on providing comprehensive, mostly prescription-based solutions for men’s health issues, such as hair loss prevention, ED and anti-aging. It also goes beyond being a solely prescription-based provider by offering dietitian consults, mental health assessments and counselling and other integrative approaches to managing health conditions. The process involves taking an online quiz, followed by a virtual consult with an AHPRA-registered doctor or nurse practitioner (NP) and, if appropriate, starting prescription-based treatment. Screening and treatment for some conditions also involve referrals for further testing.
However, the process allows patients to select their preferred treatment option during some of the quizzes.
Like other online prescription-focused providers, Mosh offers discreet ongoing medication delivery – or allows you to fill your eScript at a pharmacy of your choice.
Services via telehealth consult include:
Diabetes: Diabetes is also listed at the bottom of the page, but there is no further information available on the page (no pricing either) until you complete the registration and quiz process. During this process, the telehealth consult price is listed as $100, which may also include a referral.
Skin Care Treatment: Skin care treatment is available for acne and anti-ageing, the latter in the form of “Nightly Defense Rx Cream”, i.e. prescription-strength retinoids, with quarterly refills from $75.
Hair Loss Treatement: Mosh hair loss treatment plans are quiz-based. The comprehensive quiz is tailored and several of them took me about 5 – 10 minutes to complete each. Mosh hair loss treatment is available for prevention (in case of receding hairlines), prevention and regrowth (for thinning and receding hair) and hair loss (for advanced cases) are all available via telehealth consult. Monthly prices start from $24. When I took the quiz, the recommended treatment prices were $59, $86 and $98 for oral, spray and combined therapy, respectively.
Weight Loss Support: Weight loss medication programs, dietitian consults and lifestyle change assistance are available via Mosh. The treatment starts from $349/ month. The one-hour dietitian consults are priced at $50 per session.
Mental Health Plans: Mental health assessments, treatment plans and therapy are all available via bulk billing, according to Mosh’s website. The evaluation for mental health care plans (MHCP) is fully bulk-billed, and therapists tend to be available the same day, with out-of-pocket costs starting from $52 per session.
Mental Health Medication: Mental health medication subscriptions are also available via Mosh and start from $59/ month.
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) Treatment: Erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment plans depend on the practitioner’s advice and your choice of delivery frequency. They start from $1.50 a day.
Premature Ejaculation Treatment: Premature ejaculation treatment plans are also individually tailored by the consulting practitioner and cost from $2 per dose.
Mosh also lists health products under services, which seems to refer primarily to Mosh’s hair treatment shampoos, sprays and vitamins, and “energy libido vitamins”.

Mosh’s service starts with a free quiz, followed by a consultation, which may be charged privately, included in the cost of your treatment or bulk-billed, depending on the health condition you are looking to receive treatment for.
The prices stated on the main pages refer to the cheapest available options and may not include charges for specific telehealth consults and referrals.
When I tried the diabetes stream, for example, there was no pricing information available until I’d logged in, provided my number, finished the quiz, at which point I was informed that the recommended telehealth consult including a referral would cost $100. (Based on best practice [2] and other telehealth providers I vetted, such as Hola Health, providers typically provide a price list for their services to patients before obtaining their contact details and having them undergo a full intake process.)
In terms of pricing, Mosh’s pricing reflects the premium service but does offer a price match guarantee for weight loss and hair loss products, a thirty-day money-back guarantee, a discount on weight loss treatment, if you commit to three months, and bulk billing for mental health assistance.
One-off telehealth consultations for diabetes are priced at $100, placing Mosh’s pricing well above that of other premium providers, such as Prime Medic or Greencare.

Mosh’s website and booking process is detailed and comprehensive with some notable gaps, including for example acne and diabetes treatment. However, the process seems to be designed to funnel users into the quiz rather than to provide a full picture of services, as some information is not available until you register and provide your personal information, including your email address and phone number. (The latter was negatively commented on by several app users and also led to multiple emails landing in my inbox in quick succession, when I did not book in for the recommended monthly subscription-based treatment.)
The website’s pricing page shows only the lowest possible cost, including heavily discounted options for new users, rather than a full list of services. In this, Mosh’s approach resembles other subscription-focused providers such as Burst Health. It does make it harder for patients to get full access to pricing information and understand the pathways available for each condition, but may reflect the TGA’s rules around advertising treatment with prescription medications, especially for weight loss, and Mosh’s focus on tailoring to the individual. However, I was surprised to be told about a $100 cost for a telehealth consult at the end of completing the diabetes quiz, when nowhere on the site explicitly mentioned costs for consults.
According to user reviews of the app, it seems to be tricky to manage at times, with more negative reviews than positive in the App Store. I also found the quiz process in-depth but not as intuitive and easy to manage as with Abby Health’s AI-assisted intake. Surprisingly, the hair loss intake allowed for women’s health-specific questions, such as asking about breastfeeding, menopause and other potential factors impacting hair health in women, after I’d answered that I was a woman. This may mean that Mosh shares some of its processes and resources with Moshy, it’s women’s health specific sister brand. It does allow for a thorough examination of your medical history and health needs including uploading pictures where necessary.
Overall, I’d say the website and quiz/booking process felt very involved and detailed once I was a few minutes in, but it did not help me understand pricing, pathways, or my possible options before choosing to engage with Mosh and share my personal information. I also was not sent a quote or recommendations after I finished the process, but opted not to book, which was unexpected – after the repeat reminders to re-engage beforehand – and meant no record of the recommended options and available pricing to return to after undergoing the full process.

Mosh clearly outlines its privacy policy on its page. The provider is part of a group and complies with the Australian Privacy Act. As some users complained in their reviews about the app “grabbing” their private data and I also experienced having to share a significant amount of personal data to take part in the quiz, it is important to note that Mosh highlights the following near the top of its privacy policy: “We will never rent, trade or sell your email address or other personal details to anyone. We will never publicly display your email address or other personal details that identify you.”
This may be of particular importance to patients looking to receive treatment for sensitive men’s health conditions, and as the provider stores details such as height, weight and so on.
The provider’s policy is detailed and robust. It explains how to opt out of marketing communication, address any errors in the data held and how to contact Mosh with any questions regarding the privacy policy.
It also details Mosh’s use of AI and how the provider ensures any overseas third-party service providers, used for example for cloud-based storage solutions, operate in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.

Mosh’s customer service is available via web form or email, reflecting the non-urgent nature of the provider’s services. There is no wait time guarantee.Â
Mosh is top-rated in the prescription providers online category by users, also reflecting users’ positive experiences with customer service representatives.
In Mosh reviews, users often comment positively on the excellent customer care and quick solutions to any service hiccups. The only drawbacks I could find online were the wait times and limited contact options, compared to other premium providers offering access to prescriptions and health supplements, like Healthy Life. However, users at times also said they received outstanding assistance from dedicated customer service reps rather than changing staff.
Overall, the positive experiences, once patients were in touch with customer service, outweighed the inconvenience of longer wait times and few contact options.
Mosh is a specialised online prescription provider offering premium service for specific health conditions, mostly targeted at men. While it does not offer comprehensive services like other premium providers, such as Healthy Life, it does also offer add-on services like specific telehealth consults, diagnostic test referrals dietitians, as well as lifestyle change and mental health assistance.
Even though Mosh’s pricing is top-tier, they offer a price-match guarantee and a money-back guarantee, as well as bulk-billed mental health services, making some services potentially equally as affordable as at lower-cost providers.
Mosh’s services are best suited for patients looking for specific, primarily prescription-based assistance to men’s health issues, such as hair loss, weight loss, skin care, erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation. Essentially, the brand delivers what it advertises: “Men’s health stuff made easy.”
